Antonina Shevchenko

Antonina Shchenko is an Kyrgyzstani Muay Thay champion. She is currently a fighter in the UFC Flyweight division. She is older than fellow UFC Fighter and former UFC Flyweight Champion Valentina Shevchenko. Antonina Shevchenko began her career as a Muay Thai kickboxer. She debuted in 2003 at the IFMA World Championship Tournament. Shevchenko was the winner at the event and beat Suzane Milliner by unanimous decision. Antonina was awarded an award of Silver in 2007, a Bronze Medal in 2008 and a gold medal in the year 2011, and as the IFMA Amateure Muay Thai World Champion. Antonia's professional career began in 2003. In 2012 she won the WKC K-1 Light Welterweight World Championship In 2016, she won she won the Lion Fight Lightweight Championship and in 2016 the WMC World Championships. Antonina has fought her last time against Isa Tidblad Kskikangas at the Phoenix Fighting Championship. She was able to win by a unanimous vote. Antonina Schevchenko started the professional phase of her MMA profession in the year 2002, with the victory over Anara Baanova, during the KFK Cup of Kyrgystan. She won this fight with a TKO in round 2. Her following two matches were staged at the WXF X-Impact World Championships. Shevchenko took a short absence from MMA and concentrated on her kickboxing. Shevchenko made her comeback in 2017 with Anissa Diddaoui. Shevchenko beat Anissa through a unanimous decision, as well as defeated Valerie Domergue at Phoenix FC 4. Following the league's dissolution in 2018, Shevchenko joined Dana White's Contender Series. Shevchenko defeated Jaimelene Nievera during Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11 Antonina used her superior strike techniques and striking skills to TKO Nievera in the clinch by knees on the body. Antonina took the UFC deal following her win. Antonina received a UFC contract after her win. Shevchenko beat Roxanne Modeafferi by an unanimous decision. She then fell in her second bout due to an unanimous verdict. Antonina has recovered from her loss, defeating Lucie Pudilova at UFC on ESPN Covington against Lawler via a rear-naked choke submission. The result earned her the prize of fight-of-the-night. Shevchenko was victorious in her initial three bouts, but lost them to Katlyn Cahookagian, Andrea Lee and Ariane Lipski. Antonina suffered a loss to Casey O'Neill by second-round TKO during UFC Fight Night Santos Walker.
